This welder is impressive. Its small, but packs a big punch. I swear its running hotter than 200 amps. I would guess more like 225. I would say that its the perfect entry level tig welder but honestly its a lot more than that. I really like this machine, and Its perfect for what I normally do with the boats. I like the fact that its compact, and its perfect for onsite work. If you want to get a nice tig machine, but dont want to break the bank then this is the machine you want. As a buisness owner with 25 years experience I highly recommend this machine. Its perfect for field work.
