U.S. Warranty Policy

WELDMART INC. LIMITED WARRANTY

IMPORTANT: This is a limited warranty, not a full warranty. It gives eligible customers specific warranty rights and does not limit any non-waivable rights under federal, state, or other applicable consumer protection laws.

1. How Consumer Law and Return Rights Relate to This Warranty

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, limit, or suspend any right, remedy, or liability that cannot be excluded, limited, or suspended under Arizona product-liability law, federal warranty law, or other applicable law.

This Limited Warranty is separate from Seller's Refund and Return Policy. If Seller offers an inspection return period, for-cause return period, no-cause return period, satisfaction pledge, or similar return right on yeswelder.com, those return-policy rights apply according to their own terms and do not replace this Limited Warranty.

To the extent any warranty term conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection, product-liability, refund, return, or warranty law, that mandatory law will control only to the extent required by law.

2. Who Is Covered, Which Products Are Eligible, and Where to Start a Claim

This Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser of eligible new welding and cutting equipment, welding helmets, replacement parts, and related products sold by Weldmart Inc. ("Seller") directly through yeswelder.com in the United States or through an authorized sales channel, subject to the channel-specific terms below and applicable law.

Purchase Channel Warranty Claim Routing and Coverage
Official website orders This Limited Warranty should be limited to eligible products purchased directly from yeswelder.com. Buyer may contact official customer support directly through the warranty claim process or customer service contact information made available by Seller.
Authorized marketplace, dealer, or other authorized channel orders Buyer should first contact the seller, storefront, platform account, dealer, or other channel contact identified in the order record. Warranty handling may follow that channel's applicable order, return, warranty, and support procedures.
Unauthorized sellers, second-hand sales, and private transfers Unauthorized sellers, second-hand sales, private transfers, liquidation sources, and third-party sales channels are not covered by this Limited Warranty, except to the extent coverage is required by applicable law.

Products purchased through third-party marketplaces, dealers, or other sales channels may be subject to channel-specific order support, return procedures, and warranty administration requirements. Buyer should first contact the seller or platform identified in the order record.

Warranty periods, remedies, and claim routing may differ by channel where permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of sale.

This Limited Warranty is not transferable unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Proof of purchase and product-identifying information, such as model number, serial number, lot number, or delivery date, may be required.

Seller may require that a claim be routed through the applicable authorized seller, storefront, platform, dealer, or channel-support process before Seller completes warranty review.

3. What This Limited Warranty Covers

Seller warrants that eligible new products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, maintenance, and storage during the applicable warranty period, subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, disclaimers, and limitations in this Limited Warranty.

This Limited Warranty covers product warranty claims only. It does not cover service plans, software, non-Seller products, unauthorized-channel products, second-hand products, private transfers, or any claim outside the scope of the warranty terms below unless required by applicable law.

4. Warranty Periods

Warranty coverage starts on the date of delivery. Warranty periods are product- and model-specific. If a product is listed in more than one category, the more specific product or model listing controls unless Seller states otherwise in writing. Channel-specific warranty periods may apply where permitted by applicable law and disclosed at the time of sale.

The July 1, 2026 transition means that certain listed products that had a one (1) year warranty before July 1, 2026 have a two (2) year warranty when purchased on or after July 1, 2026. Products expressly listed with a three (3) year warranty are not reduced by that transition.

Minor differences in punctuation, spacing, capitalization, or suffix formatting may be treated as referring to the same model where Seller can reasonably confirm product identity from the order record, serial number, product label, or other product-identifying information.

5. What Is Not Covered

This Limited Warranty does not apply to defects, damage, failures, costs, or claims caused by or related to:

  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation, improper testing, improper operation, improper maintenance, improper storage, or improper transportation.
  • Use contrary to the product manual, labels, warnings, technical specifications, safety instructions, or Seller-published guidelines.
  • Abnormal operation, operation outside rated specifications, or use with incompatible electrical input, accessories, consumables, materials, or working conditions.
  • Improper, unreasonable, unsafe, or unforeseeable alteration, modification, repair, service, disassembly, or attempted repair, but only to the extent such action caused or contributed to the claimed defect, damage, or failure.
  • Incompatible, defective, counterfeit, improperly installed, or improperly used third-party parts, accessories, consumables, or services.
  • Normal wear and tear, normal aging, routine maintenance, or cosmetic damage that does not affect product function.
  • Products with removed, altered, defaced, or unreadable serial numbers, lot numbers, labels, or product-identifying markings.
  • Damage caused by improper return packaging, unsafe shipping practices, or failure to follow Seller return instructions.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers, second-hand sellers, private resellers, liquidation sources, or other non-authorized channels, except to the extent coverage is required by applicable law.

The use of a third-party part, accessory, consumable, or service does not void this Limited Warranty by itself. However, defects or damage caused by a third-party part, accessory, consumable, or service are not covered.

Wear Items and Consumables

Seller will not approve a claim caused by parts that are designed to be susceptible to wear and tear, including but not limited to:

  • Contact tips, nozzles, diffusers, liners, collets, collet bodies, ceramic cups, electrodes, swirl rings, shields, cutting tips, retaining caps, and similar torch or plasma consumables.
  • Drive rolls, rollers, wire-feeding components, ground clamps, work leads, plugs, cables, filters, seals, O-rings, and batteries worn through normal use.
  • Helmet cover lenses, inside lenses, outside lenses, sweatbands, straps, headgear, and other consumable or replaceable service parts.

This exclusion does not apply if Buyer shows that the part had a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period.

6. Your Responsibilities Before Requesting Warranty Service

To request warranty service, Buyer must submit the claim within the applicable warranty period and as soon as reasonably practicable after discovering the claimed defect. For official website orders, Buyer may contact official customer support directly. For authorized marketplace, dealer, or other channel orders, Buyer should first contact the seller, storefront, platform account, dealer, or other channel contact identified in the order record.

Buyer must provide reasonable information requested by Seller or the applicable authorized channel to evaluate the claim, which may include:

  • Proof of purchase, delivery date, order number, sales channel, seller or storefront name, product model, and serial number or lot number if available.
  • A clear description of the issue, operating conditions, photos, videos, diagnostic information, and troubleshooting results.
  • Any other information reasonably necessary for Seller or the applicable authorized channel to inspect, test, diagnose, or verify the claimed defect.

Buyer must follow Seller's or the applicable authorized channel's troubleshooting, inspection, return, packaging, and safety instructions. Buyer should not discard, alter, repair, disassemble, or return the product before receiving instructions. Seller may deny a claim if the product is not available for inspection or if Buyer's actions prevent Seller from reasonably determining the cause of the claimed defect.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Warranty Claims Contact:For eligible products purchased directly from yeswelder.com, Buyer may request warranty service by contacting Weldmart Inc. customer support through the warranty claim process, contact form, customer service page, email address, telephone number, or other support channel made available on yeswelder.com.

Buyer must provide the information reasonably requested by Seller, including proof of purchase from yeswelder.com and product-identifying information.

Buyer must follow troubleshooting and safety instructions. Seller may request photos, videos, remote troubleshooting, inspection, or other reasonable claim-evaluation steps.

Buyer should not return the product unless Seller specifically requests return and provides return instructions, a return authorization, or another approved return arrangement.

Final determination of warranty coverage on welding and cutting products will be made by Seller based on inspection, available documentation, this Limited Warranty, and applicable law.

8. What Seller Will Do If a Covered Defect Is Confirmed

If Seller confirms the existence of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, Seller will, at its option, correct the defect through one or more of the following remedies:

  • Repair the product at Seller's warehouse or at a service facility authorized by Seller.
  • Replace covered parts or provide replacement parts, subject to Seller's instructions and applicable safety requirements.
  • Provide remote troubleshooting, repair instructions, or other support arrangements where return is not required.
  • Replace the product with a new product of the same model.
  • If the same model is no longer available, has been updated, or has been discontinued, replace the product with a new product that has equivalent or greater functionality.

Seller does not provide refurbished or reconditioned replacement products under this Limited Warranty unless Buyer separately agrees in writing or applicable law requires otherwise.

A repaired product, replacement product, or replacement part will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of repair or replacement, whichever provides longer coverage, unless applicable law requires a longer period.

Seller does not provide depreciation-based refunds under this Limited Warranty. Any refund or alternative remedy required by applicable law, channel-specific policy, or separately agreed by Seller in writing will be handled outside Seller's standard warranty repair or replacement process.

Warranty service time may vary depending on product condition, parts availability, shipping, claim documentation, channel procedures, and service-facility availability. Seller will use commercially reasonable efforts to complete covered warranty service within a reasonable time.

9. Freight, Labor, Inspection, and Return Costs

Buyer should not return the product unless Seller or the applicable authorized channel requests return.

If Seller requests return for inspection or warranty service, Seller will provide a prepaid return label or otherwise bear the approved shipping cost, unless applicable law permits and the parties agree to a different arrangement in writing.

If no return is requested, warranty handling may be completed remotely through troubleshooting, replacement parts, repair instructions, or other support arrangements.

If Seller confirms a covered defect, Seller will, at its option, pay for covered replacement parts and reasonable repair labor necessary to correct the covered defect during the applicable warranty period.

Buyer is responsible for proper packaging and for following Seller return instructions. Seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper return packaging or unsafe shipping practices.

If Seller determines that the claimed issue is not covered, Seller may charge or pass through reasonable inspection, diagnosis, repair, storage, or return-shipping costs only if such costs are disclosed in advance and permitted by applicable law.

Channel-specific shipping, return, inspection, labor, or handling rules may apply to authorized marketplace, dealer, or other authorized channel orders where permitted by applicable law and disclosed through the applicable channel.

10. Safety and Proper Use

Products covered by this Limited Warranty are welding, cutting, electrical, and related products that must be used only by competent adult users who understand and follow the product manual, labels, warnings, technical specifications, safety instructions, personal protective equipment requirements, and applicable safety laws and standards. Inexperienced users should obtain appropriate training or supervision before use. Buyer is responsible for proper product selection, safe setup, safe operation, reasonable maintenance, and compliance with all applicable product manuals, labels, warnings, safety instructions, and legal requirements.

Welding and cutting equipment may produce intense heat, sparks, ultraviolet and infrared radiation, electric shock hazards, fumes, gases, and other hazards that can cause serious injury, death, burns, eye damage, respiratory harm, fire, explosion, or property damage if used improperly. This Limited Warranty does not replace the product manual, safety labels, warnings, technical specifications, or operating instructions. Buyer must read and follow all product-specific safety materials before use.

11. Warranty Limitations and Disclaimer

Buyer’s remedies for breach of this Limited Warranty are limited to the repair or replacement remedies stated in this Limited Warranty, except to the extent another remedy is required by applicable law, Seller’s Refund and Return Policy, or separately agreed by Seller in writing.

There are no express warranties other than those contained in this Limited Warranty and any other written express warranty that cannot be legally excluded. Seller does not warrant any portion of the product not manufactured by Seller or its affiliates. However, upon Buyer’s request, Seller will assign to Buyer any assignable supplier warranties related to such product components, to the extent such warranties are available and assignable.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE APPLICABLE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD STATED ABOVE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Seller does not warrant that Seller or any product complies with any third-party standard, certification, guideline, entity requirement, organization requirement, industry standard, or procedure unless such compliance is specifically stated in Seller’s written product specifications, product label, packaging, manual, product listing, or another writing signed or expressly authorized by Seller, or unless required by applicable law.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Seller’s liability for warranty claims, economic loss, or commercial loss shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the Seller product at issue.

The purchase-price limitation applies only to warranty claims, economic loss, and commercial loss to the extent permitted by applicable law. It does not limit liability for bodily injury, death, or property damage caused by a defective product where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Seller will not be liable for incidental, special, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of business, lost profits, downtime, loss of use, loss of opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of reputation, or the time involved to correct a defect, except to the extent such damages cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Nothing in this Limited Warranty is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any liability, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable law.

13. Governing Law and State Rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arizona law governs this Limited Warranty and warranty-related claims, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This choice of law does not deprive Buyer of any mandatory consumer protection, warranty, return, refund, or product-liability rights that cannot be waived under the laws of another applicable jurisdiction.

This Limited Warranty gives Buyer specific legal rights, and Buyer may also have other rights that vary from state to state.

14. Availability of Warranty Terms and General Terms

Consumers may also request a free copy of this Limited Warranty by contacting Weldmart Inc. customer support through the contact information provided on yeswelder.com. Additional terms, limitations, or disclaimers may apply as provided in Seller’s Terms and Conditions, Refund and Return Policy, product-specific warranty disclosures, applicable sales-channel disclosures, and other policies published on yeswelder.com.

No reseller, distributor, dealer, service provider, agent, employee, or other third party is authorized to modify, extend, or add to this Limited Warranty unless the modification, extension, or addition is made in a written document signed by Seller.

If any provision of this Limited Warranty is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
