Usually, it takes 3-4 days for us to process the order. It will be delivered within 1-6 working days for our US customers when it is out for delivery from our warehouse. Regions such as AK, PR, HI may take longer. In other countries, we’ll have to deliver from our China supplier. It will take a longer time. (Welder 6-8 working, not available at the moment, helmet without battery  15-20 working days, or longer)

Orders ship from our warehouse and are handed over to courier services. The carrier is automatically assigned based on your delivery address, so we can’t guarantee a specific one.

All YesWelder MIG welders are not compatible with a foot pedal as there’s no two-pin plug for it on the welder panel and it uses valve-controlled TIG torch. We could use TIG-205P-PRO, TIG-200P-ACDC-PRO,CT2050 with a 5-pin foot pedal. It could control the on/off and amperage conctrol. (The foot pedal is optional and need to purchase separately.）

We recommend to use the torch comes with the welder.

For MIG welder, it's compatible with all European connector MIG torch.

For TIG welder/Cutter, it's compatible with M16*1.5 connector torch. TIG-205DS is compatible with 5/8"-18RH connetor torch.

We have Aluminum MIG welders and ACDC TIG welder.

MIG welder: MIG-205DS-B and MIG-250PRO-SG, YWM-200

TIG welder: TIG-200P-ACDC-PRO/CT2050 welder.

It is compatible with YesWelder MIG welder with Maunal MIG setting.

Right now, all YesWelder MIG aluminum welder could support a spool gun.

We don't have welders come with neither AC TIG nor MIG function.

Most of our welders comes DC output, only TIG-200P-ACDC-PRO /CT2050 comes with both DC and AC output.

All our cutters don't come with an air compressor. It needs to connect with an external air compressor, recommended 4-7CFM.

It could support wearing glasses. So it is not necessary to purchase a cheater for it.

Our helmets come with a headgear inside.

1. Make sure the helmet only work under tungsten bulb or in the welding . It will not work under sunshine or flashing camera or led light。

. If there’s a test button, please check if it works. (Note: Make sure it is in welding mode)

3. Adjust the sensitivity to the max, adjust the delays and shades.

4. Test the battery if it is dead. (Normally, it’s 3V).

5. Make sure the battery is put inside correctly. 

6. Make sure there‘s no dust on the sensors or the len.

All of our helmets are compatible with standard 2" x 4.25"Magnifying Lens/cheater lens.

Our helmets are not compatible with a hard hat.
