Nice little machine for the price.

I haven’t used all the different welding methods yet. Just the flux core mig. I’m still saving for the bottles of gas that I’ll need. I did up grade the mug torch to the 150. It made a big difference in feel for me at least. The torch that it came with was fine. It’s going to be a back up. My Yes welder has met all my expectations to be sure. However! My one complaint is that with all the extra accessories I purchased it was shipped from one place. It was shipped from different carriers from different states and shipping was slow. I even was delivered an empty box. Yes welders eventually sent me a new one after I sent pictures of the empty box and usps confirm that there was no contents in the box. So other than the shipping issues I’m finely happy. Only time will tell on the machine’s longevity. I’m only a hoppiest at best so this machine is perfect for me. But I can imagine a welder by trade using this machine at his work. Heck at this price point and the versatility of all that yes welder has to offer it beats out the more name brand high price machines on the market. But there is something to be said about a truly USA built machine. If there truly is one. The price for the name brand machines for guys like me have always been not doable just for the occasional welding project. So I’m glade that there are options out there for us. Awesome little Welder!

I have used many welders in my time from Lincolns/ Millers ext. I was a welding instructor for the Collision industry technicians for years. This little welder with all of its functions and the ease of using them I may not have had that Job for so long, the yes welder would have done my job for me. What a smooth welding little machine. The team at yes welder in support are awesome to work with as well. I guarantee if you purchase this welder you won’t be disappointed!

Great Choice!

I started with a simple cheap flux core 125 from HF but it was just not what I expected so I put it away for 5 years. I started a hobby with scrap metal thinking I could make it work for that. Then I started collecting a lot of scrap metal of all types so I needed to upgrade to something that would weld aluminum and thin steel. I did a lot of research on you tube and I heard good things about Yeswelder mig-205DS PRO multi processor. Everything has been great very easy to get nice looking welds and all is so easy to setup. I have also realized I can take on much larger projects with confidence. What a great welder!

Upgrade!!

Bought this machine to upgrade from a cheaper flux-core box to a gas mig setup and I love it already! Only been using for mig for about 2 weeks mainly on 220v, the 110v option is great for work outside of shop too!
