Multi-Process Welding Support
This welding machine integrates MIG, Flux, Lift TIG, Stick, and Spool Gun welding modes. Whether working with steel, stainless steel, or aluminum using gas shielding, performing flux-cored welding without gas, executing precision TIG welds, handling manual arc welding (Stick), or utilizing a spool gun for high-efficiency welding, this machine is versatile enough to meet a variety of welding needs.
Note: The Spool Gun and Lift TIG torch are not included with the welding machine and must be purchased separately.
Smart Synergic MIG with Manual Adjustment Option
In synergic MIG mode, select the wire diameter, material, and gas type, and the machine automatically adjusts voltage and current, with fine-tuning available within ±3V.
Manual mode allows full control over wire feed speed and voltage. This feature simplifies setup for beginners and offers precise control for experienced welders.
High-Definition Digital Display
The machine features a high-definition digital screen that provides real-time displays of key welding parameters like voltage, current, and welding mode. The intuitive interface makes it easy to adjust settings quickly, enhancing accuracy and efficiency. This clear display minimizes errors during complex tasks and ensures optimal performance.
Automatic Aluminum Pulse
Simply select the Al Si or Al Mg program to instantly activate the optimized pulse welding mode for aluminum. This function works in both Synergic and Manual modes, ensuring clean, low-spatter results whether you prefer automated settings or full hands-on control. Pulse is also auto-activated when using a spool gun.
Wire Feed Speed & Amperage Toggle
The adjustment knob switches between wire feed speed and amperage during setup. Unlike machines that display only one parameter, both can be viewed and adjusted.When switching from wire feed speed to amperage, the display shows the current corresponding to the selected material and wire diameter, ensuring accurate parameter matching for optimal arc performance.During welding, the machine displays real-time amperage only, providing clear feedback for precise control and consistent weld quality.

Spool Gun Support
The machine seamlessly supports a spool gun, providing automatic current matching for efficient, continuous welding. Simply switch to spool gun mode via the digital display for a smooth transition. The synergic settings are optimized to work exclusively with YesWelder LBT150 spool gun, ensuring precise performance.
