Quality good but service iffy

After ordering and paying, I waited long enough to forget I ordered. I then received a voicemail message asking if I wanted to cancel or continue. Then I had to call back, talking to 3 people to continue the order.

It’s bad enough that the shipping was as much as the item itself. Has me questioning my purchasing decisions
