3. Building Process

3.1: Start by creating the log rack design on your computer. (00:19)

Below are the finished DXF drawing files you can download and use as references for your log rack project.

3.2: Use the CT2050 CNC function to cut the desired pattern on the metal sheet according to the design drawing. (03:13)

3.3: Clean the metal surface with a grinder, using YesWelder welding magnets to hold the metal in place while you work. (04:37)

3.4: Follow the cut lines and manually bend the metal plate into shape. (05:23)

3.5: Weld along the bent sections with the DP200 to reinforce the metal and remove sharp edges. (07:27)
