Welding Wire ER4043 can use where base metal requires thermal treatment. It also can be used on weld forge and casting materials.

Commonly referred to as “AlSi5", has a 5% silicon. It contains silicon additions, improving the weld pool's fluidity and making the welding less sensitive to cracking. The bright finish is a good choice for welders

Most widely used as filler metal ER4043 rod for TIG welding (GTAW) welding process in aluminum welding for general purpose applications.

Usually 100% Argon, Helium, or mix.

It can weld various grades of aluminum, 3003, 3004, 5052, 6061, 6063, and casing alloys 43, 355, 356, and 214.

Available diameters: 1/16", 3/32" in length. Package of 5-Lb.
Note: YesWelder welding rods are shorter than other brands' welding rods.
