“Building a small frame means working through a pile of short joints, and the MIG-205DS fed smoothly from one connection to the next, leaving welds that looked solid enough as they were.”

The best
I took up welding when I retired fifteen years ago. Mostly self -taught. Bless you tube. I've been through a bunch of different welders. When I got to the Yes Welder Mig 205 DS Pro I stopped. Too many positives to list. The one I love the most, is I check the thickness, I set the speed and the welder does the rest.
I am pleased with this welder
I am pleased with this welder. It has been meeting my expectations and I hope it continues to do so. I am only in the first stages of the project I am using it primarly for. I have done some plug welding and welding in a patch on some 20 gauge automotive steel from the late 1960's. If you would like I can go further into detail once this first section is completed. I will have by then have logged much more time on this machine.
Tried this machine with everything Stick, Mig,
Tried this machine with everything Stick, Mig, Tig, spool gun such an awesome incredible machine done stainles, aluminum, carbon steel welded on hevy equipment like coil tubing units and hasn't failed me

2nd Mig205ds
I had the same model a few years ago (the blue one). It stopped producing amps and I thought, what a waste of money. I bought a cheap welder to replace it and it wouldn't hold a steady arc, so I broke down and bought another yeswelder 205ds, the newer, upgrade model. I am impressed. It's twice the welder of the cheap one, and much nicer than the original 205ds. I'm using straight CO2 and it provides very nice even welds. I think this one will last a long time and I have spare parts from the other one. I'm satisfied.
Great deal
Im very happy with my welder I didn't even used yet, but like
So far so good!
Have only used the flux core process so far and my expectations have been met thoroughly! As soon as I secure some gas bottles I'll try TIG, gas MIG and will add spool gun option. The Yeswelder flux core wire is EXCELLENT!
