The large cover fits pretty nice on my DP200, aside from the leads getting in the way; maybe I'll add some individual slits myself if I ever get a sewing machine to clean up the cuts. A flap to fit over connected leads & gas would be great, I don't know anyone that disassembles their machine to get the cover on. But the cover is great for someone that needs their machine for hand-carry portability, the side pockets can carry the leads and the top opening allows you to carry the welders handle directly.
It fits perfectly and has a velcro flap on top of the handle so you can grab it and transport it with the cover on. It would have been perfect if it had another flap for the front area so you don't have to remove the MIG gun to fully cover it.
The cover appears to be made well, and fits over my welder…but, it would be nice if the cover accommodated the gas connection in the back, and the welding torch in the front. I leave my welding on the cart ready to use, so the cover doesn’t fit because of these issues. I will probably just cut it to fit over both front and back protrusions. Do people really disconnect everything to cover their welders?
The MCRW-100 Welder Machine Protective Cover is a durable material that covers fully my MP200 Multiprocess Welding machine. It has a drawstring bottom to secure around the base of the unit. It comes with a matching stuff sack. I have made this a critical piece of gear in protecting and preserving my MP200.
