AJM combines two magnetic plates, an angle scale and a locking mechanism for variable-angle steel fit-up. Select the size according to workpiece dimensions and required holding force.
Adjust the Fit-Up Angle
Set the magnetic plates from 20° to 200°, then lock the selected position with the included hex wrench. The visible scale provides a repeatable reference when fitting steel frames, pipe and other assemblies.
Size Options
- Small 48 lb: 4.33" × 2.48" × .55" (110 × 63 × 14 mm)
- Medium 77 lb: 4.72" × 3.07" × .63" (120 × 78 × 16 mm)
Material and Holding Conditions
Holding force requires full contact with clean ferrous material. The holder is not designed for aluminum or other non-ferrous materials.
